Catch up!

Wow time flies. September has come and gone. Averi started kindergarten, Averi turned 5, and we had a family reunion in BC and went on to visit some friends and family in Chilliwack.

Julia is almost 8 weeks old and starting to smile more and more...she is growing so fast, already over 13 lbs. Here are some pics from our September!

On Tuesday Aug 10, 2010 @ 2:00pm we welcomed Julia Joy Aikema to this world. She was 9lbs 3oz and 52cm long all is doing good both with mom and baby. Averi and Cam are getting used to thier new baby sister, still come running when she crys to see what is wrong. But they are adjusting well. :D

I recently recieve my first toy from Ebeanstalk to have my children test. Averi really like this one and so do I, it is called See and spell it helps her identify pictures with words and letters. She is doing pretty good with the words, just needs some help with the letters, but I am sure after a few weeks of Kindergarten she will be an expert at this fun game!

Camping!

We went camping to Lac des Isle in Sask for a couple days, the kids had alot of fun. We went on Kev's "new" boat with his "new" motor. Did some fishing and just hanging on the beach. Nice and relaxing!

So the kids have been really enjoy the nice weather the past few days, here are some pics:

So I am going to try this and see how it goes. Averi and Cam are growing way to fast always full of questions and intresting answers to the ones I ask :) We recently got a trampoline and they are very thirlled about it as well as me, keeps them even busier outside...would be better if it would not rain almost every day. :) I will have to try get some pics once it dries again. :)

Oh and exactly 2 months until our new addition should be here :) Both kids are looking forward to this and are always asking about if it will be a boy or a girl. Guess we will all have to wait and see.
